Dear FIFA Extranet User,
We implemented changes to the login process for the FIFA Extranet, making it more convenient and secure for you to access FIFA's systems.
Key changes
When you enter the initial URL , you will be directed to a landing page.
Select login and you will now be required to use the primary email address linked to your account to log in to the FIFA Extranet.
Firstly, you will have two options:
- Password Login: If your email is associated with a Microsoft-managed account, you can log in using your existing password for this account.
- One-Time Passcode: If you're logging in with an email address that isn't associated with a Microsoft-managed account, you will receive a six-digit One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to the email address you provided during the login process. Simply enter this OTP when prompted to gain access.
Secondly, you will reach the Multi-Factor Authentication:
To improve the security of our system and ensure it is really you logging in, you will be asked to download the PingID mobile application. Once installed you will have a secure second factor of authentication of your choice using the app or a one-time passcode. You can find further info on how to set up the PingID mobile app here.
These changes are aimed at enhancing user experience while maintaining the highest standards of security for accessing FIFA's systems.
Should you encounter any issues or have questions about this new login process, please don't hesitate to contact us at digitalaccess@fifa.org. Our team is here to assist you and ensure a smooth transition.
